Stereolithography (SLA) produces accurate, smooth-surfaced parts from a range of photopolymer resins. We offer four SLA materials, each suited to different prototyping and functional test requirements.
All four materials are compatible with overnight, 3, 7 and 12-day production speeds. Parts are isotropic, non-porous and available with a full range of finishing options including painting, lacquering, blackout/EMI/RFI coating and assembly operations.
Use this table to identify the most suitable SLA material for your application. For full property data, refer to the individual material sections below or download full materials datasheets →

Accura 25 is a cream-coloured SLA resin engineered to simulate polypropylene. It offers good flexibility and elongation, making it particularly well suited to parts with clip features, living hinges or snap fits that need to flex without fracturing during functional testing.
Its polypropylene-like properties make it a reliable choice for first-trial parts and assembly line verification, as well as master models for vacuum casting where the surface finish and dimensional fidelity must closely replicate the intended production material. It can be tapped, have inserts installed, lacquered or painted.
Available on: Projet 6000 (up to 250 x 250 x 250 mm).

HI-TEMP 300 AMB is an ultra-high temperature SLA resin with a heat deflection temperature of over 300°C at low stress (0.455 MPa), making it the most heat-resistant stereolithography material available. It requires no post thermal cure and is translucent amber in colour, enabling elevated temperature fluid and gas flow visualisation alongside its primary use in high-temperature structural and functional testing.
Its chemical compatibility with automotive fluids makes it well suited to underbonnet applications. It can be tapped, have inserts installed, and is USP Class VI capable. Note: HI-TEMP 300 AMB is also available for DLP and Micro 3D Printing.
Available on: Projet 7000 (up to 380 x 380 x 250 mm).
