SLA 3D Printing Materials

Stereolithography (SLA) produces accurate, smooth-surfaced parts from a range of photopolymer resins. We offer four SLA materials, each suited to different prototyping and functional test requirements.

All four materials are compatible with overnight, 3, 7 and 12-day production speeds. Parts are isotropic, non-porous and available with a full range of finishing options including painting, lacquering, blackout/EMI/RFI coating and assembly operations.

About the material

Accura 25 is a cream-coloured SLA resin engineered to simulate polypropylene. It offers good flexibility and elongation, making it particularly well suited to parts with clip features, living hinges or snap fits that need to flex without fracturing during functional testing.

Its polypropylene-like properties make it a reliable choice for first-trial parts and assembly line verification, as well as master models for vacuum casting where the surface finish and dimensional fidelity must closely replicate the intended production material. It can be tapped, have inserts installed, lacquered or painted.

Available on: Projet 6000 (up to 250 x 250 x 250 mm).

Typical applications

First-trial and fit-check parts
PP-like properties give realistic functional feedback

Parts with clip, snap or living hinge features
Good flexibility prevents brittle fracture during testing

Concept and visual models
Cream colour and smooth finish suit presentation use

Masters for silicone tooling (vacuum casting)
High surface quality transfers well to mould

Low volume production parts
Suitable where polypropylene-equivalent properties are needed
