Alex is a key member of the 3D Printing team. He has taken on new responsibilities with great enthusiasm and is now a senior member of the team.
He displays many of the company values; in particular, his positive approach to passing on knowledge and experience to new members of staff and staff-in-training.
Alex’s work in maintaining the printers to ensure reliability is not an easy task, but essential to enable him to process parts on very tight schedules. His skills on the laser cutter go from strength to strength, including coming in at 4.00am to cut 20,000 frits! Thank you.
He maintains a clean and tidy workspace and is always willing to help out with any task, big or small, in any department.
Alex should be very proud of his achievements over the last year.

Wendy demonstrated real teamwork this year. When short-staffed Wendy goes the extra mile, and she takes the initiative to carry out additional tasks outside of her remit.
Wendy always has a smile and never complains about being asked to do anything. She is a very valuable member of the team.
Shane Lee
Values demonstrated
- Accountability
- Loyalty
- Excellence
Nomination
Shane has proven himself to be someone that can be trusted. He is in possession of confidential information, and he goes to great lengths to keep it so. It is important to Justin to have someone like this.
As part of his accountancy training, he identified areas of improvement that are essential for reporting our company accounts. He has worked diligently to reorganise the data, and keep Justin informed.
We look forward to seeing Shane branch out of the office and make an impact elsewhere in the company.

Nomination
Michal continues to be a key member of the CNC team at Prototype Projects. He should be very proud of his performance over the last year and the way that he has adapted to his new role.
Michal’s enthusiasm and commitment to the department is a great example to the rest of the team. He continues to display the company values in all areas of his work but, in particular, in passing on his knowledge and experience to help other members of the team when they need it.
It is never easy taking on a leadership role within a team you are part of, and Michal has had to adapt significantly. However, he has learnt well on the job and continues to improve as a team leader, taking on further responsibility and improving his communication with other team members.
