This year, Prototype Projects celebrates 45 years of delivering exceptional prototype solutions. Since our founding in 1980, we’ve been dedicated to helping designers and engineers bring their ideas to life, combining technical expertise with a commitment to quality.

Celebrating Milestones

Over the years, our team has grown in skill and experience, and this anniversary marks not just the longevity of our company but also the exciting innovations we continue to introduce.

Just this year alone, we have achieved so much – expanding our capabilities, improving customer experience and investing in cutting-edge technology.

At the start of this year, we were proud to launch Matrix, our new online quoting platform. Matrix simplifies the way our customers request quotes, track projects and access our services, making the process faster and more transparent than ever. And this is just the beginning – CNC services will be coming to Matrix soon, opening new possibilities for efficient quoting and project management.

We’ve also expanded our production capabilities with the arrival of our SLA 750 machine, allowing us to deliver larger stereolithography parts with the same accuracy our customers have come to expect from us.

Alongside this, we brought injection moulding back into our service offering after many years, providing low-volume manufacturing solutions that complement our existing prototyping and additive manufacturing capabilities.
