It is not uncommon to be confused by all of the prototyping technologies available, but we pride ourselves in making it easier for design engineers and product designers.
Understanding prototyping technologies
Design Engineers and Product Designers can’t be expected to understand the difference between SLS, SLA, PolyJet, FDM, CNC, Vacuum Casting and so on! Or know what materials would work best for a particular project.
But we do.
Prototyping is like riding a bike to us, but that’s because we do this every day!
We are always here to help so if you have any prototyping questions, please contact us on 01763 249760 and speak to a member of our team. No question is a silly one.

3D Printing suite
We operate a 3D Printing Suite facility which includes a specialist medical material unit. This is where new designs of prototype medical and drug delivery devices can be made in a controlled environment.
The 2,000 sq. ft. suite houses our high quality 3D Printing machines enabling us to offer a wide range of services and capacity. This means we are able to provide fast turnaround times.
Take the tour
We have found that many of our clients find it beneficial to ‘take the tour’ of our prototyping facilities in Royston. In fact, we actively encourage tours as it helps clients understand what services we offer, including our design support service. It is also an opportunity to ask us all of your questions.
If you would like to arrange a tour for yourself, or indeed, your team, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01763 249760. We look forward to welcoming you!
